This launch-surface slice establishes the support route and hosting foundation. The full support policy, contact path, and stable error-code glossary are scheduled for a later 6E slice.
- Do not send endpoint secrets or raw auth headers.
- Use FlowRelay diagnostics shares when available.
- Keep Shopify session data and database URLs out of support requests.
